​IMPORTANT INFORMATION

​Students may NOT participate in any practices until all of the following
paperwork has been submitted and approved: Update Sport Physical, GCS
Guidelines Form, Athletic Participation Form, and a copy of updated Medical
Insurance.

​Please note there has been an addendum made to the GCS 
Guidelines Form. Parents/Guardians are required to volunteer for at least 1
game per sport their child plays. See pg. 2 of GCS Guidelines Form for more
information.
